We had a great experience at the Broadway Toyota Scion dealership. We worked with Matthew, who was a newer employee, but was very honest and open with us about the dealership. If there was something he didn't know, he would admit it and find out the answer for us, which I respect. We bought a used vehicle and honestly ended up spending more than we were planning to, but I believe we have a great vehicle. Highly recommended.

This dealership is amazing, i was having a very bad experience with another dealership in the metro area and was searching for other options. Broadway Toyotas staff helped me get into the car i wanted for the price i wanted even dropped the price just under 1000$ to help me. When i was getting ready to be done with the other dealership they told me we had a contract that wouldnt allow me out, i then called toyota and told them about my situation. I had the pleasure of meeting matthew about one month ago at your dealership. Right away he made me feel at home. I am one of those people who judges others on first impressions. The biggest fear I had was dealing with the quote "car salesman". Matthew in the best sence, was not a "salesman", but a people person, and thats what sold me. We worked with Max and are very grateful that he was our sales agent. We had some frustrating experiences with other sales agents who were obviously not looking for our best interest. Max on the other hand was very friendly, helpful, and honest. We would definitely work with him again and would also recommend Broadway Toyota because of his work.

NEW CAR BUYING to me is worse than a root canal from my mother-in-law without pain killers. But time had come to replace our 18 year old Toyota pickup truck. I had chatted on line the night before in regards to an interest rate available to me through Broadway Toyota's web site. Amilie (saleperson) popped up and immedialtely answered all my questions. This appeared to be too good to be true. I had told her that we want a "no hard pressure" sales experience. She assured me that would be the case. Ian was wonderful. He was friendly and accessible and patient. I prefer sales that aren't hardcore, but instead are thoughtful and respectful, allowing me to understand the features of what I'm looking at but truly allowing me to decide what's best for me without the big push for more bells and whistles or obviously trying to upsell me.
