Overall the experience was good. Everyone was easy to work with got things done in a timely matter. Besides the current high interest rates even with excellent credit, the only thing that bugged me was the extra key they ordered me. Although the new key is functional I wish they could have went the extra mile and order a matching key vs just a manufacturer key. I figure most people would like things to match as they came from the factory but not for toyota.

Great service and great advisor
Service seemed good however 3 hours for an oil change an rotate tires with appointment is ridiculous. Will take else where next time only reason I took to dealership it was within the 24 months so free.
