Amazing service! Jaime Lovell was the employee that had served me. He is one of the only employees that was servicing a lot of customers all at once rather than the other workers. This man deserves a raise! He got to me in a timely manner, was polite and informative. He had a great attitude in comparison to other workers, and Id only come back if he were the one to assist me. To managementplease keep him and take care of him as well as he took care of me and my car!! It is very rare! Thank you
I used to trust this dealer; I bought a new Camry here in 2011 and always had all services here. After most services, I checked all fluid levels and they were good. After awhile, I did not check any more; I trusted them. But not this time, I have to pour almost half of jug of windshield washer.

The staff was, as always, great!! But it took almost 4 hours for a simple 20K mile maintenance. Need to pay better attention to the traffic patterns and staff accordingly.
