Lee Schuster as always took exceptional care of my vehicle. He has been my service tech since I bought that car in 2004 and I wont use anybody else out there I trust him explicitly. The dealership is lucky to have somebody so honest I cant speak for the rest of them but I know a lot of the people that go to Lee and only Lee and will leave if hes not there because he always represents your your dealership ethically. Knowledge is awesome hes never led me wrong and Ill lose yours.
It was okay. it could have been better. I had an appointment @ 8:30. I had to wait 10 min before I was asked to pull my car in. When I pulled in, another car pulled in behind me & a service man went to that car & started processing them instead of me. No one came to me. I had to get out my car & complain about it before I got assistance. I was told that person had an appt, I told them so did I but no one asked me anything. I felt ignored & disrespected as an elderly 71 yr old black woman. This is the 2nd time this had happen... read more
