Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, professional service with very reasonable expenses.
Service was great. no complains but only an oil change and tire rotation. Did note that very few of the employees would make eye contact, no smiles and no good morning hello. Kinda like sad robots moving at slow pace. And it was only 10:00 am.

As in past visits I have been pleased with the team and the service at Toyota of Richardson. The personnel are friendly and helpful and the service is always done in a timely manner. My only complaint from my most recent visit was the coffee machine was down in the waiting area. :-(
Bonito at Toyota service dept took good care of me and my car. They were very busy with lots of customers, some wait but reasonable. 18th month service done in 45 min. All under warranty. God job.
