Had a tire needing replacement. I called Toyota of Richardson. They let me come in right away. They had my tire in stock. Patrick in the Service Department took great care of me with little wait time. Got in and out in about an hour.

I had 2 issues with my experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. 1. Prior to my purchase, I had secured financing through my bank. When I arrived to the dealership (from out of town) they would not accept my financing because they could not trust a wire (from a bank) to clear in the morning. Thankfully, the financing I was able to secure was only 0.50% worse than what I had through my bank. This might just be a Dallas-Fort Worth issue. 2.
