I’ll save the details of “my experience” with Toyota of Richardson. Just to sum it up...there is no integrity left in this company. After 7 years being a loyal customer, the dishonesty and manipulation is too much. So long Toyota of Richardson...Berkshire Hathaway must really be struggling to make a buck if they are putting up with your customer service. Ps: after reading your social media reviews, it appears there is a common theme of shady practices.
I am still in disbelief. Last month I demoed a car for a day as I am in the market for a new vehicle and still about 30 days out from making a decision. Yesterday in the mail, I received a bill from NTTA for a couple of tolls. I thought it was an error but after a bunch of time on the phone with NTTA I figured out it was from the day I had the demo vehicle. The Toyota Richardson dealership is fine, but service center is filled with liars. Be careful when doing service there, they would tell the good price, but end up would be higher. When you questioned about the different, they would said the price was just estimated..
Your parts department employees need to learn how to not be condescending. Do you understand what I'm saying?
Horrible. They bait/switch. Change interest rates. Make promises and take away at time of purchase. I will NEVER recommend this place EVER !
