Service manager named Easy was fantastic to visit with. Assistant Service manager was super helpful. Overall service area rated "5 stars". A few Negatives causing me to give only 4 stars to the dealership, I am being generous. They said they are short on drivers for me to get a ride home and it would be a couple of hours or so. I found another way home........ Also, Still no free water bottles for customers like I was accustomed to at other Toyota Dealerships, everything is a "for pay" vending machine...... I just purchased a pre-owned Tacoma from this dealership. Manny Jimenez and his assistant, Naomi, were very friendly, professional, and a real pleasure to do business with.
