Absolute joke of a dealership. They had me come out to buy a 4Runner and said it was in PERFECT condition, the thing was a piece of crap and had obviously been wrecked. Be careful with this shady place. Not to mention it’s a ghetto place. If you’re going to spend more than 10,000, go to a real dealership.
I was told they don’t accept out of state financing after I drove 5 hours to see a vehicle. I told the salesman whose name is Ryan that I had my own financing and I was told that wasn’t a problem. Wasted my time and money, they kept trying to push me to use their financing after I told them I didn’t want to use their more expensive financing. They said they could try to match my interest rate. I don’t recommend them for anything.
Ray in parts needs better training. He talked to me like if i was an idiot bc the part i wanted to buy was already sold. I called 15 mins before and he said parts were in stock. Then when i got there he said they sold even before i called. He was talking to me with an attitude since the beginning.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE OUT OF TOWN! My husband negotiated a deal with them for a car and put down a $500 deposit on the car. When he FLEW down there for $200 and took a $100 Uber, they changed their mind and said that he HAD to finance through them, even though they had NEVER mentioned it earlier and our bank said they already discussed the financing with them. My first impression of Toyota of Richardson has been 0/5 stars; the used sales manager was extremely disrespectful & my time and money were not valued AT ALL. **UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM** I messaged in on the "text message" feature and was connected to a sales person (KB), to whom I showed interest in a used vehicle on their lot. I inquired about a used car through cars.com. Saad, the internet sales guy confirmed that it was available then started blasting me with emails. What time can I come in today? Schedule an appointment today!!! So, I said that wasn't interested in a pushy sales pitch...he had the nerve to email back and say THEY weren't interested in me as a customer.... funny thing is, I have cash in hand and am ready to buy for the full price..too bad guys.
Toyota of Richardson is a joke and their service manager, Noel Hanback, is a disgrace to people that are in the customer service industry. I took my 2020 Tundra in for routine service and my rear shocks were apparently "blown out" and there was a hole in my gas tank that wasn't there when I showed up. DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY ARE LIARS!!! I purchased my vehicle here 4 months ago and was told that my first service is free and included with my purchase. I was then taken to sign up on their system for the free service. 4 month later when I come back for the service, I am now being told that the service is not free anymore. The used car manager proceeded to claim that the service promised was "complimentary", not "free". Stay away from Toyota of Richardson these people are scammers !!! Came in looking for a CHR, I asked the sales man (Jesse) for a out the door quote, he asked us what we are looking to spend and got quoted 26k out the door for a 2020 CHR found the same car at another dealership at 21,500 out the door !!!
