I have bought several vehicles and service them at Toyota Richardson vs a dealership closer to me. In fact I'm about to purchase another vehicle soon from Richardson Toyota because my trust in Lee.

Service is excellent. Apparently, Berkshire Hathaway owns ToR now and is charging an additional 3% surcharge to pay by credit card. Was not aware or told that ahead of time or I would not have taken my car there. We already pay a premiumnot paying additional 3% for the privilege. Warren Buffet doesn't need the money and doesn't care if he lost my wife's and my business.
Only thing was waiting for more than 2 hours for my vehicle to be ready. If I hadn't then asked, it might have been even longer of a wait.
