Not happy. Came in for WARRANTY work Saturday 11-14-20, back on 11-21 because I have a check engine light that when scanned shows 2 leaks in the evap lines 1 large 1 small then another code that’s inconclusive. I have to sit here while they fix their screw up. Recommend, no I don’t, as I feel my day will be wasted.
i have bad experience with Toyota of Richardson. They insult people. They are not professional. So i don't recommend to buy car there .Thanks
They are overpriced. Into our weights for oil changes with an appointment or ridiculous.
I went in for a simple 30,000 mile service. The guy there named Zafar(whom didn’t have any Toyota apparel on) approaches me and asks me how he could help. Proceeds to get my information then he didn’t look any of my prior maintenance up and quoted me $849.00 for the whole service(some stuff of which i had already done like alignment) a NORMAL 30,000 mile service for my specific vehicle is supposed to be ~$230.00. -By Kelly blue book pricing When i decline and tell him i just want the oil change from the coupon price they ha... read more
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and have had two issues, one I should have caught at the time of finance but the other is a huge issue to me. First issue in finance I clearly stated that I didn't want any extra warranty as I was purchasing a certified vehicle that would be covered by Toyota. When I got home I realized that I inadvertently signed an agreement for a MPP bronze plan at a charge of $775.00 for a 6/6 warranty. This dealership is as false and crappy as it gets. Do not drag yourself here for any type of deal or vehicle under the leadership that exists here, Derrell Pinnock. Our unprofessional sales representative Omar Rodriguez ( San Agusti ) we had only agreed to pay our Mercedes C300 cash HERE if they had included 3 oil changes and some tire rotations. Terrible experience at Toyota of Richardson. The Finance Manager added 2 warranties that I did not agree to. I had to Visit the dealership over 7 times this month to resolve the issue, and they gave me the run around the first 6 visits with lies and false resolutions. This delay has cost $500+ in financing, cancellation and prorated fees. I will be filing complaints to the DMV and BBB and hope this doesn’t happen to other customers. Better Service Deportment and stop Lying about repairs needed
Charged $20 extra for an additive that was not disclosed when I asked for just an oil change. EVERYONE CHECK YOUR ITEMIZED RECEIPTS ON OIL CHANGES BEFORE PAYING. I was scheduled for a service and time of 3pm but when i arrived i was told that the service could not be performed and i would have to come back another time. I came in 1 week later and waited in the service line to get my car into the center, was entered into the system by SCOTT KING for a Zaktek Application and oil change, quoted at 64.95.
