I have been their customer for 14 years and never had an issue before. I bought 3 cars from them but last month my sister took her new Highlander and they said the break pads need to be change and the engine oil as well. Guess what she took her to Toyota of McKinney and they told her nothing needs to be change after that took it to another service place and told her the same. Worst experience never had a dealer wait to pay off a trade they want me to pay more money because they aren’t doing there job never in my life heard of a dealer waiting 20 days to pay off a trade in glad and on top of that the finance guy Leon tang pulled a fast one and racked on more payments he left that out nice trick Leon buyers beware don’t use this dealer
Purchased a 2016 Camry with 17k miles. 5 months later, I have yet to receive my spare ignition key and the battery to my vehicle is bad. Walked in to the used car sales office to address my problems and was basically told to go kick rocks! Sales Manager, Aaron was pretty cold and did not want to help me out in any way whatsoever. Absolute worst dealership to deal with. Zero regard for customer service. Bought a car from them June 1st & still trying to get tags & plates on Nov 2nd. 5 months later! Told the delay was cause they didn’t realize the emissions test had not been done. Brought car in for service twice to have done just to find out months later the tests had still not been done. I purchased a truck from them back in March of 2019, bought an extended warranty through the finance department. Which I was told in the finance department I was getting the bumper to bumper. Fast forward to now it’s in the shop getting problems fixed and nothing is covered. Then under the table gave me the cheapest warranty while being told I was getting bumper to bumper. I dropped my car off on Sept 2 and was told it should be ready in 2-3 days. No one called to give an update. I let a week go by and then called I got told my advisor had jury duty, and they had to order parts because the parts they got were “junk”. I called after 1.5 weeks when they then said it would be ready and got told; oh we haven’t sent it to service. We WILL have it ready on Monday. It’s Monday, no update, so I call.
