From the first phone call to get a service appointment the customer service was very bad. They don’t care about people. It ended up being the most stressful car situation I’ve ever encountered in my life. Will for sure be giving my business to a different Toyota Dealership in the future. Super shocked at the lack of customer care from management down.
Soooo what happened is Toyota Richardson cheated on our papers. We tried to get fair deal and good car, however dealer did lie us. We went there to see a car and how much it will be. Manager came to us and we had a deal with $390 in 72 months. However, it turns that they changed before we signed the contracts. The contract says 75 months. I cannot believe that people are deceiving us like that. It is not fair because we trusted them and we did not even look that contract. Changed my incentives for buying the car and took away my final oil change without informing me until I showed up.
As a handicapped person I would not recommend this dealership. I was shown the truck by Jonathan Patterson (JP) and the financing specialist was Nick who both did an outstanding job. The problem I have is that when we were working on the deal, a guy named Jeff showed up and I was forced to work with him. I told him that I would have to have the vehicle altered to drive it and he told me that that was really not a concern for him but only making the sell on the last day of the month was. Are you aware your finance manager is running around trolling other business social media and causing all sorts of drama? Great look for Professional organization.
There is no customer service anywhere here it's horrible that just leave you in the waiting Room unless you go ask if your car is ready then they decide to let you know whether or not it's ready then they just go without your wishes and just change your oil from some thetic to regular they don't even check the filters to see you they need to be changed or anything this place totally sucks
Bad tactic to force you to buy extended Warranty or else they wouldn't finance you
