Brought a car, did not documents at closing (asked for them, given excuses), bait & switch on warranty, overcharged on interest rate and requested gap, did not get. I only had Toyota since 2007 for me and for my wife and never thought about getting a different car until this week. I went to there and treated like a brand new customer. Yes it was my first time with this location but I am a Toyota customer for along time. After checking few cars the agent provided me an offer for white Hybrid Camry EX. The first offer was about $600 with some down payment along with 7.1% interest rate. Later on somehow it went down to $475 with 4.33% interest rate. RecommendedYes for service only, and when I had to bring my car into the body shop. My experience purchasing the car was horrible and my complaints were never acknowledged.
Service is deplorable. Communication is sub par. Follow up is non existent.
Been a loyal customer to this Toyota shop for almost 10 years. Never had I received any bad experiences or issues, but as of yesterday 09/19/2018 they won’t be getting a penny out from me going forward. Went in for the conventional oil change (normally $60) and tire rotation, but they apparently tried to charge me $153 for some fuel addictive oil change. I do not recommend toyota of Richardson have a bad service and tracy brown salesman and the manager byron posas are liars this to guys tell me to gave me floors mats for the Toyota Sienna that I buy the day September 1 I call him and they do not answer my calls and they are very rude
Disappointed in being told to come down when car is not in stock. Selecting a car, placing a deposit , signing papers and then waiting for it. Getting a call to come get it then receiving a call after that they sold it. Once car is in we make an appointment to get it. Told it will take about 45 minutes At the appointment time we are told no idea how long it will take. After an hour we speak to a rude assistant manager and leave.
Disappointed! Was told my Oil change was still in warranty, drove down and it is not! $235 for minimum service; oil change, tire rotation, etc. The girl who booked my appointment was not thorough or dishonest! Huge waste of time.
My good friend purchased a 2014 Highlander and declined the warranty and would not purchase if they pushed the warranty. ADAM FLORES wrote on one of the papers to cancel the warranty and assured my friend that his payment will remain the same and no warranty will be included. My cousin's baby was crying, so Flores rushed my friend to sign taking advantage of the baby as a distraction (English is also not his first language, which also seems to be a common denominator in these instances).
