I just moved into my rental townhome May 2nd. Owner advised I can get my keys early since I paid my deposit early and paid my May rent early. Welp I am staying at the Holiday Inn as my air conditioning went out in the home. I have requested reimbursement or compensation and they are not honoring my request due to "paying for a repair" that was not pre approved. Well i didnt have any repair. Poor customer services and lied about renting the property i was told you'll rent too people with any credit score which was a lie!!!

Dont respond until property is gone. And when i did finally get in touch with someone they had a nasty attitude. Horrble company
I don’t have an issue with the people in the office but I do I have an issue with how property owner make the their decision of a reading a piece of paper. Communication is the key to any relationship or business. And to make a final decision with out talk to a potential tenant is not acceptable. I have been told a lot of negative remarks about T.R. binder is required, but no explanation on where how to pay that.
Showed a rental home, negotiated the terms and monies and I was the procuring cause however they choose to cut cut me me out. Will never ever show a T.R Lawning home again
