I am rating this 1 star because of the payments system. I am a professional and live in one the TR Lawing buildings uptown. I set up the online payments and everything was great for a year. But with the system I had to place an expiration date on my automatic draft. I placed mine at 1 year. Well, the year passed and of course I had forgotten about my auto draft. If I could select a negative number , I would. This firm finds every dirty trick to keep your deposit. The property managers like Sallie M. are the worst at customer service and communication. This company doesn't value the business of tenants... they act as if they are doing you a favor. Check out how many legal disputes they have on record.

I'm glad this survey is here! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND T.R.LAWING REALTY TO ANYONE IN THE STATES!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had nothing but bad experiences working with Sally Myrick! All of the other employees were just fine and had no problem with any of them, but Sally Myrick has killed it for all the others. NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND SO GLAD THIS JOURNEY WITH HER AND T.R.LAWING IS OVER!!!!!

RIGHT NOW IM EXTREMELY TICKED OFF. I EMAILED WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN THURSDAY MORNING CONCERNING MY REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING. MY EMAIL WAS ANSWERED AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THE OWNER HAD BEEN CONTACTED. NOW ITS 2 AM THURSDAY NIGHT/FRIDAY MORNING AND I HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING ELSE BACK. I EXPLAINED THAT I JUST WENT GROCERY SHOPPING WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THAT ALL MY FOOD WAS GOING TO GO BAD. Pretty bad so far. I'll write a full detailed review after my lease ends. Also, steer clear of Thad Gantt. He's proven to be nothing more than an arrogant creep who is only interested in your money. Once that is secured he could care less about you as a renter.

Wish I could leave 0 stars!!! Worst Experience EVER! Was referred to this company and it was a huge mistake. Worked with Gloria to start and she seemed to be helpful at first. Was told that everything was approved and they needed to see our rental history from our current apartment complex. The only way to get that was to turn in a notice. I did so and my apartment complex left a good reference for me. I was a couple days late on a few payments and was told because of that I had to pay double the deposit and a higher monthly... read more

Incrediably slow responce to maintaince calls! Leaking water heater was not addressed for five days! Air conditioner outage in triple digit tempertures...11 days!

Wouldn't give any stars if it was an option. Left us with no place to live 3 weeks before our corporate relocation. Won't call you back, only deals with customers through emails. Would NEVER recommend renting through this company. I've been a licensed Relator for years in another state and would never dream of treating clients the way we were treated. Stay away.

According to numerous reviews on the Internet TRLawing Realty company has the chronic tendency to confiscate good and reliable tenant's security deposits or as much of it as they can. I found this to be true when I recently attempted to get mine returned after vacating the condo after 13 months.. Yes I said 13 months as I was given the option of taking out a 13 month lease and the benefit of receiving a free months rent.. This was called a " concessions addendum ".
