This company is a total RIP off. They could care less about PEOPLE and all about money. They have NO customer service skills or professional tact when informing, advising or decisioning prospective consumers. Save your money, apply with a Realty company that care about you and your family
Had me to check house out even though they knew I wasnt going to get it
Just waste of time and money First I discuss on phone about six month lease, your office representative call me back that owner agreed on 6 month lease but after applying and paying $55 then decline owner not agreed It’s your business to get $55 that’s it
Entirely unresponsive and rude employees who failed to provide helpful information.
NOT charge me a "marketing fee" when I am trying to leave my lease early and giving you a big notice. Not even attempting to work with me (or calling me back). Also, Leave your payment portal ON after the 5th of the month in case you miss the payment date by accident and you travel out of town often for work. Having to pay by cashiers check IN PERSON instead of any online or phone option after day 5 is ridiculous. Never have seen/experienced this before. Poor customer service.
I did not have a pleasant first time experience. Saw a property I really liked and during that time no applications were submitted. I immediately went to view the property and put app in. Jasmine was great but I had to contact her numerous times and then received response that the owner made the decision late Friday. I was highly disappointed.
