I have called numerous times with no return call... finally catch her only to be told there are no openings.. why are you advertising if there are no openings? Are you looking to renting only to a certain group?
TERRIBLE!!!!!! I used this company to manage my property for 3 years. They did NO inspections!! all they did was collect my 70.00 a month. Tenant tore my place up then abandoned my property. I advised T. R Lawing I did not want them managing my property anymore. And I DID NOT want them putting the Duke Energy bill in their name. They did it anyway they I caught the mistake and called to let them know it was in their name.They tried to make me responsible for the bill even though I told them not to put it in there name. 4705 Bomar would like better communication. I would like the repair bill first and know what the repairs are- NOT when I receive my statement. Id like a proof system that TR Lawing called me- not sent me an email if the repairs are approved. PEGGY is thr ONLY reason Im still with TR Lawing still.
I think being a property management company I think the the property owners should trust you enough to put confident good-paying people into their homes and not judge them on certain things like race I believe we did not get them for house a we applied for and it was because I race I guarantee it I can't prove it but I have no other choice but to think that because my rental history is perfect been somewhere rented somewhere for 10 years was never late in 10 years if that's not good credit you tell me what you would look for... read more
The owners of tge house would not fix anything. TR&Lawing knows that. My garage was broke for over a year. TR&Lawning should take proud in there tenants. But they don't all they want us money. You can never speak to anyone send email, leave message, write a note. Never get a response. They are the wrost rental company.
This is the worst realty company I have ever had contact with. I sent a message to them, I was assigned to TMullins. When I never heard from this agent, I looked up the number and called the office. The person on the phone proceeded to insult, talk over me, and basically told me I didn't know how real estate worked. Never use this company! They are condescending and rude. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Board of Realtors.

Joe Rempson is a property manager who frankly could care less about his clients he is lazy and never follows through in a timely. He never returns calls in a timely manner and has in 5 years has never proactively managed our property in a professional manner. He always has an excuse as to why he is unavailable and thus I cannot recommend him or his firm who allows this type of unprofessional behavior to be the norm.
I think we were denied a house that we were very intetested in we pay our rent ontime for 5 years and we got denied by tr lawring
