I'm happy that the issue was resolved. However, unhappy that there was an issue to begin with. I don't understand why fees paid up front weren't applied in a timely manner. Had they been, an incorrect late notice wouldn't have been issued. Furthermore, I called twice hoping to speak to someone and was unsuccessful both times.
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2009 AND TRLAWING WILL NOT LET ME MOVE ANYWHERE. IN 4 YRS I HAVE BEEN LATE 13 TIMES. AND MY CREDIT IS GOOD ENOUGH TO BUY A HOUSE! PLUS ABOUT A YR AGO FROM TODAY I SPOKE WITH A BLACK LADY WHO TOLD ME THAT IM WITH TRLAWING BECAUSE I CANT GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND THATS WHY IM STILL WITH THIS COMPANY. SINCE THAT DAY I HAVE MADE MY PAYMENTS ON TIME EVEN THOUGH I WAS TALKED TO SO RUDELY AND STILL TODAY IM NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE DUE TO MY CREDIT HISTORY. Extremely disappointed. No after 5:00 PM or weekend hours offered for professionals who work 8-5 schedules. Receptionist was lacking in customer service skills.

I am rating this 1 star because of the payments system. I am a professional and live in one the TR Lawing buildings uptown. I set up the online payments and everything was great for a year. But with the system I had to place an expiration date on my automatic draft. I placed mine at 1 year. Well, the year passed and of course I had forgotten about my auto draft.
