I think we were denied a house that we were very intetested in we pay our rent ontime for 5 years and we got denied by tr lawring
I went to the location today on 7th street to ask a question about my lease contract. Customer service was absolutely horrible, the woman at the desk kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask a question and was extremely rude to me. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. I will never get another property with this company again.

I'm happy that the issue was resolved. However, unhappy that there was an issue to begin with. I don't understand why fees paid up front weren't applied in a timely manner. Had they been, an incorrect late notice wouldn't have been issued. Furthermore, I called twice hoping to speak to someone and was unsuccessful both times.
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2009 AND TRLAWING WILL NOT LET ME MOVE ANYWHERE. IN 4 YRS I HAVE BEEN LATE 13 TIMES. AND MY CREDIT IS GOOD ENOUGH TO BUY A HOUSE! PLUS ABOUT A YR AGO FROM TODAY I SPOKE WITH A BLACK LADY WHO TOLD ME THAT IM WITH TRLAWING BECAUSE I CANT GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND THATS WHY IM STILL WITH THIS COMPANY. Extremely disappointed. No after 5:00 PM or weekend hours offered for professionals who work 8-5 schedules. Receptionist was lacking in customer service skills.
