worst experience
Asked for to much. I understand if I was buying the property but I was renting. Also if you verbally spoke with HR department and they have given the information I don't understand why that wasn't satisfactory. Overall it was a a very bad process.
This place is a crook only thing they want is a 55.00 dollar application fee and knowingly have other applicants for the house!!!!! If you were that desperate for 55.00 I would have gave it to you. I pay all my bills on time and my loans. I would not recommend you guys to no one ever!!!
This process was onerous and more like a mortgage application or security clearance than a lease approval. It was far worse than Solis Waverly which approved me in minutes. You collected many items of sensitive personal information by email and provided no privacy notice or data security assurances. Collection of an image of my drivers license electronically, my tax forms, my social security card are not truly necessary and you did not affirm that this data would be handled and disposed properly. You guys never answer the phone
TR Lawing management company are Thieves BEWARE!! I was told upon at the start of my lease(BY an Employee of TR Lawing) that they will not refund any money from security deposit, they would make up excuses and reasons not to refund your money. I took a chance and signed with them. At the end of my lease I did everything they asked and they in fact did not refund me made up lies to keep my deposit and said I owe them $100.00. Their maintenance service is terrible they send inexperienced people to fix old out dated appliances ... read more
This was the most unprofessional, unorganized rental company i have seen in my 45years. My leasing agent was horrible with communicating with me about property I had to contact him by email for him to have someone else to say they were refunding my money back. Really inconsiderate never answered his phone or call back. just process alone was unproductive and i wasted time and money. As a leasing agent shouldve been handles better. I wouldnt refer to any of my friends there not reliable and inconsistent.
