I had an outstanding outcome with them. They helped me get from 30% to 90% rating. That is the good part. But read on. They do what they say they are going to do. That is certain. They communicate with you well, maybe too well. Sometimes the communication is so frequent that you get multiple texts, email and even calls from different team members about the same issue / topic in a short amount of time. Trajector Medical is indeed amazing. They guided me through the entire process with an in-depth knowledge of the VA claims process. Their medical staff were excellent in pointing out areas I needed to explore. Also, their teams were very courteous and respectful. They were very patient with me, ensuring I stayed on track and the process. I just have to say I love trajectory medical they help me with my rating every step of the way awesome people to work with I would recommend them to anyone that needed to increase their rating friendly and courteous kind and prompt very helpful even when you can't use a computer due to crappy Wi-Fi or anything closely related to that would highly recommend them to anyone only one complaint is the finance department pertaining to not taking payments out on time to avoid late fees or any mishaps in the account through auto pay... read more

I have just started working with Linda Yertzell at Trajector in trying to find out if I'm eligible. for a VA disability rating for all the medical issues I have. I was very impressed with my initial phone conservation (lasting over 2 hours) which was a series of questions about my military. service and what happened medically during that time. It’s not everyday you speak to someone that doesn’t sound like they are reading from a script. Misty listened, and spoke to me like a real person. It makes all the difference having that one person you can connect with who seems to care.

Its good company I guess. They helped me get my disability up from 80 percent to 100 percent disability. But I feel in some ways ripped off. They charge such massive fees for their services after I got my 100 percent disability rating they said I owed them over 7,200 dollars for services. That is a steep price to pay for any service no matter how good they are and they refused to negotiate a lower rate so I could pay them off in smaller increments. I had to give them over 3000 dollars just to bring the monthly payments down ... read more
