I have not talked to them without feeling like they were trying to help me. They seem to understand what you are going thru and that they care.
Trajector is a business that depends on throughput to make money. Be prepared to answer questions about your past that affect your present that you never thought to ask yourself. The Trajector staff is thorough and professional. For me, It was painful from the standpoint that I had to look at myself as a human being, not the invincible warrior I (we) were trained to be to defend the nation. I cannot speak to the financial side of the equation as my package is still in the evaluation phase.

Trajector Medical is the answer to Vets who served and gave their all. The VA failed us and more than once. Trajector asks for 5 months' worth of whatever increase or award. It's a lot of money, but leave it up to the VA, you could go 26 years before you learn that the puposely short staff contrubutes to leaving veterans in the cold. I am an old man now, and all I have heard for 26 years is thank you for your service. That didn't do anything to help my health or quality of life.
