Jamel was easy to deal with and very helpful. Be prepared for a lot of texts and emails through the process.
My Medical assistant & Medical representative that are working with me on my account have been very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It's been a pleasure working with them, I would recommend to anyone who is going to apply for benefits with the VA to use them.

I'm just beginning my journey with trajector. I am pleased with the response of the knowledge of all the representatives I've spoken with.
Very helpful thru the entire process, some issues in communications due to regional time differences. Some small communications hickups due to phone line interference.
Started talking to Trajectory medical, I already had a rating of 70%,as of June I am up to 90% and hope to climb a bit further. They are a great bunch of people to work with and they take great care to make sure they get you every thing they can.
