Every step of the way on my VA claim process, *****(my medical assistant at Trajector), has provided me with outstanding service. All of my questions are answered, and *****communicates very clearly with me so that I completely understand the process of filing a claim with the VA. I’ve spoken to several other people at Trajector about my issues and every one of them has been absolutely wonderful to deal with.

SPENT TIME ANSWERING QUESTIONS RELATED TO MY CASE AND THEN REVIEWING HOW THEY FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK WAS WORTH LETTING THEM HELP ME. VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR APPROACH. TM assisted me on better understand how the VA process works which helped me better understanding and more clarity submit my service related claims to VA. I am grateful for that and because of my better articulation of my symptoms the VA granted me 100 % from 70%. Thank you Trajectory Medical.

Through the years, Trajector Medical has taken me from zero to 50% to 70, 80, 90, and now 100% VA rating. As others have said, I had to do significant parts of the journey myself, BUT Trajector had the know-how to guide me through the maze of VA paperwork and compensation and pension exams.
