Staff was very professional and very welcoming. Knowledgeable in areas that needed discussing, made me feel at ease which made my visit so comfortable. You are lucky to have such staff!

Had ALOT of issues at the beginning. Won't lie to you. Tried to bill us the precedent that the VA already gave me. But after 2 years, we got a lady by the name of ****** She is a miracle worker. Very understanding and actually cares about you as a person and a Veteran. She is the ONLY reason why they are getting a 5 star review. Trajector needs her to train their other employees on customer service and she needs one hell of a raise!!! Thank you ***** we love you and you Rock!!!!

I found the service to be very thorough, documenting my medical history and then filing with Veterans Affairs on my behalf. Their payment plan was clear from the beginning; there were no suprises. I believe I would not have been so successful without the help of Trajector Medical.
