DONT DO IT. They dont call back. They have the worst customer service and will not work for you. Total scam company and most CSRs dont speak clear English. The whole We dont charge unless you get a service benefit. Lies, they were charging me before the VA finally gave me a 10% increase. Once you have a rating they wont work with you on appeal process or anything. You are an inconvenience to them. I had to tell them until you do your job I wont pay. This is a very unethical organization. They are interested in only the money. The veteran is a necessary step in lining their pockets. I received an invoice before I was notified by the VA of my disability increase. Like vultures circling. They tack on a supplemental fee that was a total surprise. There are multiple other organizations out there that are equally qualified including AmVets and DAV that dont charge any fees. Vet Comp&Pen was not a terrible company. I used this company and got and increase, but later regretted it , when I found that another company only charged 30% of the retroactive pay recovered, not 5 times the amount! Knowledgeable company, but a complete RIP OFF!!!!! SHAME ON ME FOR NOT DOING MY HOMEWORK :-( LOOK UP THE OTHER GUYS THAT DO 30%
They will not communicate with you at all outside of pre-generated messages. Whenever you do talk with them they act like your concerns are no concern of them. This company in my experience cares not a bit about the veteran's they claim to be assisting. I understand they are a private company but the lack of communication from them when you try and talk to them is insane and they just keep automatically generated messages coming, it feels like it's borderline harassment at times.
Dont use this company. I went from 60% to 90%. They sent me an invoice for ***** dollars that I started paying for 2 months. Then they send me a different invoice for ***** dollars saying I had another increase. What increase in benefits are they talking about. I will be stopping all payments to this company. until I get legal advice. They cant just raise the bill for no reason.
Stay away from this company! They take advantage of veterans in need. They provide no service other than filling out paperwork and they charge a ridiculous amount, I got 70% then an increase to 80% and they want my entire VA check for 5 months. Veterans and service members please do not do business with them.
They have failed me time and time again. I have had many issues that have cost me so much time and money. From failures on medical evidence provided, past one year to file, suppose to help with medical opinion but after filing and a denial they told me they cannot help with that claim because they do not have the medical team to handle it, continue failures of calling back n many others but they are a joke. the paperwork they filler out for me was TOTALY unprofessional. they kept pushing me to ************ and push it through and not read it so I did. then after all was done, i finally was able to print it out and see it and it was so embarrassing what they were saying and how it was said on almost every thing they entered, I called them up and yelled at them. they saw what they said and were sorry but it was to late, I had to call you the VA and recall the statements that I sent it, as of 3 weeks in now, they haven't been reca... read more
