and contacted for questions. I was pressured into signing up for services that I was assured did not have any underlying charges. Shortly after, I canceled services with them, to which they continued to harass and send me phone calls, text messages, and emails requiring documentation. Aside from doing the initial paperwork they didn't do much. If I didn't call them directly there was no way to communicate with them. You can't text, email it's all phone calls. Their hours are not helpful on the west coast unless you work nights. Or are able to call during working hours which I am not. I do not recommend

I had knee surgery and told them I didnt want to file claims while I was recovering. Non stop calls and emails from them weekly trying to get me to file things. I wanted to concentrate on my rehab but these people dont stop. Then they sent me an email to file for sleep apnea. I don't have sleep apnea and its no where in my medical records. They dont listen to veterans and don't help. How do I cancel??? I dont want to deal with these people.

this company is suppose to help veterans, to get their benefits, but its taking ******* of veterans by over charging for there service. Putting a hardship of people who have serve their country. This company is a rip off they have you to go in government files and lie! Then bug you on getting letters from your files on stuff you have been filing on by saying you owe cause something went up do to the fact its in your file anyway! They changed their name without me knowing! They send all kinds of emails saying call VA get your last rating letter and forward to them! This is a big Scam they need to be put on blast!!!! Scamming Veterans like that!!!!

this company is predatory. yes they will get you the increase you want but they will purposely fill out the wrong paperwork to charge you extra money. from the other reviews i've read it seems like this is happening quite frequently. they tell you at the beginning that you will pay 5 times the amount of your increase they get you. for me that totaled $7200, which was agreed upon. they then tried to sneak in another $450 and it took quite a bit of fighting and 3 reps later for them to tell me what it was actually for. come to... read more

If I could leave less than a 1-star review, I would. This company is a joke they have no communication with each other. I was always having to remind them of our previous conversation because they failed to take any notes. You're constantly getting calls from individuals who speak very poor English and are reading off of a script. After getting service connectio after 12 years On my own Trajectory promised to get me 100% The Salesmen lied on the phone about how much you have t pay them. I was claiming Sleep Apnea which the VA approves automatically. Thay failed to get me 100% they got me a 10% increase for a diagnosis that puts my Total disabilities at 120% I only get paid 80, and now I have to give these people almost an entire month of my Salary.
