This charming restaurant near the Public Theater is a gem. The interior is charming. The service is friendly and really attentive. The menu is varied and food was outstanding, way beyond our expectations. We are definitely going back here. Thank you!
This is my neighborhood "go to" restaurant. Service and quality are always outstanding. Brandon, the GM, is the best "front of the house" person I have ever encountered. If he could be cloned, dinner in most restaurants would be wonderful.
We always enjoy the artwork, both flat and bas relief, on the walls - noses, ears, mouths and eyes in various styles. However, it seems Trattoria has chosen to jam as many tables into the existing space as they can, resulting in cheek-to-jowl dining and a noise level that is next to deafening.
