This is a very special place for us, even more so after this return trip. The food is always outstanding and plentiful, but this time we made friends with Raymond, our host, and Sage and Sarah, our servers. They were extremely generous with their attention so it was difficult to leave, knowing it might be some time before returning from North Carolina. Very kind and attentive service to families with young children.
Our concierge recommended this restaurant for a late dinner and it was absolutely delicious! We sat at the Antipasto Bar and it was like dinner and a show. Christian, the Manager, is charming and relates to everyone who walks through the door. He makes everyone feel warm and welcome, as if they just walked into his home. We were there 2x different times over the last four days and the wait stFf was perfect both times.
We have been coming to Trattoria Dell'Arte for years. We plan our trips into the city based on how much we need a "fix" from that spot. Our BEST experiences in the restaurant have been when we have been greeted with smiles (and Prosecco) by Brandon - who manages to remember us even if months have passed. Had dinner on our 52nd wedding anniversary. Excellent pasta dishes and fresh vegetable antipasto table. Great food and service.
It was a stormy winter day and when we arrived the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Wonderful food! Good service and I would highly recommend!
