When we visit the city, we love to dine here. Never disappointed. Look forward to coming back!
Phenomenal! A 10 all the way around. Ambiance, service, food and drinks all exceptional. Professionals! Highly recommend.
Best veal parm found anywhere. Friendly and welcoming staff. Cannot wait to go back on my next visit to the city.
We had dinner for a party of 8 on 4/21/16. We were seated promptly by very friendly staff. Waiter was excellent. Food was very good. I had the veal parm. The portion was huge, easily enough for two people. Our party had a mix of appetizers, salads, meat and pasta dishes, All very good, but less than excellent. Buratta was a highlight. We had the cannolies for dessert - these were outstanding.
It was a perfect meal for us. We had to get to a concert at Carnegie Hall. The meal was served quickly without us feeling rushed. Well done!
Pleasing patrons and ensuring a stellar dining experience is what this exceptional trattoria does best. The menu is varied, and few entrees disappoint. Loved the veal prepared with fresh artichokes. Guests enjoyed a steak salad. Wine selections were plentiful. From casual outdoor dining, relaxed upstairs dining to a more formal experience in the main dining room, it's the perfect environment for any occasion. Very adept at offering the most professional, yet well paced, service when pressed for time and need to be securely i... read more
Pretty expensive for what you get. There are places where the New Yorkers eat where the food is much bette and less expensive. I do believe this restaurant thrives on tourists. A a couple, we were seated in a row of small tables where once you were in, you could not get out unless you disturbed the people beside you. It is very very crowded. You feel like they are intent on making as much money as possible by squeezing you all in. They have lots of staff rushing about and the service is good although a bit haughty. You do fe... read more
From the moment you arrive you feel that you are the most important person there. The waitstaff is superb. I would not change one thing about our meal. Everything was delicious and the wine was excellent.
We were looking for a warm and inviting restaurant within walking distance of our hotel, and we found it! The food was terrific, and the staff made us feel welcome immediately with their engaging personalities. We liked it so much that we returned again on our last night in NYC and our waiter from before, Jamal, recognized us from our prior visit and came over to our table to say hello! He was the best waiter we had while in NYC that week! This is a true gem for wonderful Italian food and an unusually friendly staff!
