I have dined at Trattoria several times on weekdays and have always had a good experience, however, I made the mistake of dining on a Saturday night and I was miserable because the noise was unbearable and I was constantly being bumped by people moving between the 2 parties We were given a table upstairs next to a pillar and between 2 large parties. We have eaten at Trattoria Dell'Arte many times, this visit was not as good as usual. Our table was wedged in between other tables, and was not comfortable. Although we were asked if we had a show to go to, and we said yes, our appetizers came quickly and then we waited for dinner for a long while. We had to rush through coffee while paying the check. It was not the most pleasant experience.

I loved the food. The apps were fantastic & the short ribs were the best I've ever had! The staff was very friendly & made my 60th birthday very special! I will definately be back!
Outstanding Italian food. Someone needs to order the veal chop parm. Plan on taking two thirds of it home. They are a little disorganized but the food is worth it.

I have a few food allergies and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and could help me find a good meal for me. The chief was also willing to make a special meal for me free of contamination. Wonderful place. Will be back!! Good for celiacs and those with dairy allergies.
We had pre performance reservations(5:45) and still barely made it to the show. We were left with only bread and water for over 30 minutes and had to flag down our waiter for the check. The restaurant was busy, but it was obvious that we were not our waiter's type of table as we turned down a pre-dinner drink, as we wanted a bottle of wine to match our food selections.
