Food is conventional but very good. Service was really good. We had a pre Carnegie Hall concert dinner here and it was perfect.

We love the selection of vegetables offered. The liver is a must have. Our choice any time we are close by in NYC

I have always liked this place, especially for lunch antipasto bar. The main floor buzzes with high ceilings. We were seated upstairs - extremely low ceiling, half empty. From the moment you walk in the door, it's a first class experience. The hosts were extremely friendly. The server, Michael, was very attentive but not overbearing. The pizza is excellent. Our entrees were fantastic and dessert was very good. I've frequented this establishment many times over the years and it has been consistently very good.

Overall a good experience but I believe you have to visit a restaurant much more than just once to give an adequate review. Would I go back? Hmmm....If I was in the vicinity..yes..I guess that says it all.
