Consistently great. Always bring our visiting friends here. Friendly; treats its regular customers with a glass of Prosecco which nice but makes others feel a bit left out. Great cookies for everyone, though, at the end of the meal.

Each time we visit New York, we always dine at Trattoria Dell' Arte. Richard and the restaurant staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The restaurant atmosphere is great whether dining for two or with the family. The menu offers selections for fine dining or laid back options such as their delicious pizzas. If you are lucky, you might even get a freshly baked cookie or two. If you have not dined here, you must put Trattoria Dell' Arte on your list.

You really can't go wrong when you dine here. There is something for everyone, from pizza to soft shell crabs. The antipasto bar is amazing! The staff is fantastic. Dining here is consistent and fun. I highly recommend, especially when you are bringing in out of town guests, due to extensive menu! And the fresh watermelon for dessert in the summer is just perfect!

I've been here before and have never had a bad experience. Very friendly and attentive host and wait staff. Nice for business lunch.

We love this place. Visit every time we're in NYC. Pizza is classic NY style - crust so thin you can read a newspaper through it. Try the proscuitto and arugula.

This restaurant is a rare find in the middle of such a big city. The management and staff go out of their way to meet every need and the homemade Italian dishes are absolutely incredible. The first time my husband and I visited we were so impressed that now we go every time we are in New York. Don't miss this gem!

The antipasto bar at Trattoria Dell'Arte was great. Definitely need to go view what was there and not just rely on the menu listings. Entrees were OK, not fabulous, especially considering the pricing (and with fish, one never knows what one is actually getting these days). Service was generally attentive but a bit swarmy. Water glasses refilled regularly but unobtrusively which I like. Dessert service was delayed until I eyed the waiter ( really, how long does it take to cut one slice of lemon ricotta cheese cake?)
