We have been coming to NYC yearly, for the last 10 years and always eat at Trattoria Dell'Arte. It is always a wonderful experience, with delicious food, but they have taken several of my favorite dishes off the menu, Pasta with Seafood & Chicken Marsala, to name a few. Wish there were several more pasta options.
Always a perfect meal. Great service and amazing food as always. Our favorite NYC restaurant for over 16 years
We had an excellent dinner here!
Ate a post theater dinner on Sunday June 16. Our reservation was for 9:45pm but we had misjudged how long the show lasted and were 30 minutes late. We were seated immediately. the restaurant was pretty quiet when we arrived and totally empty when we left. They were cleaning up and closing up around us. The food was pretty good. Always LOVE eating at dell'Arte in the evening, after theatre or concerts in NYC. Fabulous atmosphere, friendly and fun atmosphere, trendy people and superb food.
Many reviews are mixed complaining about something. Forget them and go have fun at this gem. The portions are large so share and stop saying it is too pricey. The pizzas are outstanding. Just go and enjoy.
A friend and I had dinner here on a recent visit to NY. The restaurant had been recommended by several. It was really fun and delicious. Some of the other places we dined greeted us with a bit of a haughty air, which we southerners do not care for, and presented us with a big, haughty tab! From the moment we entered the door of Trattoria to the moment we left, we were welcomed and feted as special guests by very nice staff. I'd go back the next trip, for sure!
Wonderful thin and crispy pizza
The antipasto bar has a variety of delicious options and the One Hundred and One Layer Lasagna is FABULOUS!
