We needed a convenient location very near Carnegie Hall for an event that night. It was a fun variable menu for the younger adults as well as us. The decor appealed to our artsy but current preferences. The service was exceptional

Had the crab steak. While it was good, I didn't think it was up to par with some other crabcakes I had. I believe it was due to too much mayo, or other sauce, in the mixture.
The food preparation here is done with great care. The dishes concentrate on flavor and they do succeed. Make sure you try the fried artichoke appetizer as it is a truly a delicious start to the meal. The Osso Buco was done expertly as well. The waiter we had has been there about ten years and was extremely pleasant and professional. This is location I have on my favorites list!
Your restaurant was recommended to us when we were at Disney's California Adventure in Southern California where we are from. We were told to make sure to have the Cannelloni and we did, and we loved it. The food was wonderful, the chicken, lasagne, and the ravioli were so good. I will definitely recommend your restaurant to others and when I return to NY I will be eating here.
still vibrant and with exceptional hosts, the food is losing a bit of its care. the contorni, for example, are very tired.
A fabulous meal and a "to die for dessert" (vanilla cake with meringue) Excellent service!
