We are world travelers who live in NY. This was our second time at this restaurant. Came back because we loved our first experience...great food, service and ambiance. Sat downstairs on our first visit. This visit we were seated upstairs, ambiance not as good, service less but still OK. Amazing how well this restaurant has stood up over the years
Our waiter was amazing and funny. He even brought over an extra dessert on him. Food was fantastic and even though it was Italian, it wasn't heavy. DELISH!
Best Italian in the city, hands down.
This is one of my favorite places in NYC. I've had both a nice dinner with my husband and a fantastic dinner with girlfriends here. The service is outstanding and the location is great for theater, etc.
the food and service are awesome
Restaurant is very well located. Food was ok - veal chop had too much sauce, probably to disguise the fact that the veal was mediocre quality. Service was very good - waiter very experienced and friendly.
