Very nice restaurant with attentive wait staff. Nice place to take a date. Menu was a little pricey was the biggest drawback.

Went with our childrem to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Food was great (it always is, we've been there 5-10 times), service was excellent & we had a few bottles of great wine. I would recommend the Trattoria to anyone who wanted a fine meal in Manhattan!
A good meal at a great location and reasonable NYC prices. We always have dinner here when in NY.
Great restaurant, we were seated right away. The noise level was a little on the high side, but the restaurant was full as it was Friday night. The service was good even being as busy as they were I can definetly rate their Lasagna as the best I've ever had!
Delicious food as usual. But sadly poor service. Usually service here is as good as the fine food. So, we look forward to returning soon.
Excellent spot if you are staying in the UWS or UES of Manhattan. It was close to our apartment on 60th and because we were exhausted from 14hr days of taking in all the sites in this very vibrant city, we were glad that we could find this little gem within walking distance of our place. The food was fabulous and the ambiance great. Very noisy, so if you want a romantic dinner, this may not be the right place to go to. We have been going to Trattoria Dell'Arte for about 18-years and always have found it a great place to go with a group--good food, great service, lively atmosphere. Two out of three are still there. What is lacking is the food. With the exception of the pizza, that remains among the best anywhere, the food is no longer of quality. We had a party of 5 and no one had a meal they thought was anything but "just okay". I had the Oso Buco that was not only dry, but also mostly bone and little meat.
