I would definitely return to this restaurant. The food was outstanding.
Signature dishes like the pizza and veal parm are as good as ever!
My favorite restaurant in NYC - anywhere actually. Brought two first timers and they are hooked for life now as well.
Outstanding dinner on Christmas Day. Complementary Champagne just hit the spot.
Good location near City Center, Carnegie Hall. Went for dinner on Christmas night pre-concert so it was very busy because so many other nearby restaurants were closed. Service only adequate apparently due to crowd and holiday staffing -- probably better other times. Always reliable for delicious food and attentive service.
The only problem was that the place was somewhat noisey, other than that the food was really great, etc.
Very nice restaurant with lots of friendly help. The holiday decor was beautiful.
Topan (I apologize for the spelling, he's from Bangladesh) was out waiter and he was the best EVER! Both my wife and I have been waiters so we know the business... he was efficient, VERY personable, made us feel like we were the only customers he had. We were there on Christmas Eve and the restaurant was BUSY! Chris, the sommelier, also came by to chat with us about wine, the restaurant, and the city. We LOVED the service!
