Been here several times with various guests and it never disappoints!
Very friendly atmosphere. Portions are very large and most can be shared. Food was very good,served hot and at a great pace, not too fast.
This is one of my favorite restaurantsin NYC. The food is top quality and service is very good with a friendly staff. I will return whenever I am in New York.

Veal Cutlet was highlighted as a signature dish - I my opinion it was pounded too thin and priced too high.
I haven't been in NYC in 10 years since I moved to Colorado. I always loved Trattoria. When I walked in, I felt like I was home. The food, excellent as always; the atmosphere, the same. Thank you for helping to keep the memory of this special restaurant the same; delightful.
Nice ambiance and great service, but I wasn't thrilled with the food.
