Benjamin is the best waiter in New York (seriously!)
Unbelievable...of all the restaurants I've been to in NYC, this one I'll never forget. We loved the incredible antipasto bar, that could have been a meal in itself! The food is top-notch, and the service was fantastic. We didn't want to leave!
Perfect for a post performance dinner. Worked well for those who wanted full dinner or something smaller. Great pizza. Loved the lamb shank osso bucco. Enthusiastic, attentive, friendly wait staff. Desserts were good too. Some of the best cannoli we've had. Reasonably priced for NYC -- really. If you're from DC, Chicago, San Fran, LA or similarly priced locales and dine out regularly , you'll think this very reasonable. Great vibe too.
I live in California, but each time I'm in New York I make it a point to dine at Trattoria Dell 'Arte. The food is delicious and the service is wonderful - and my latest visit on May 19 for dinner was no exception. I recommend it to family and friends visiting NYC and they have never been disappointed. I'll return again yet again!
Anise our server was great. Food was delicious.
The food was excellent, as usual. I felt our waiter was a bit unattentive. Also, the waiters at other tables around us, passed cookies and chocolate to their tables at the end of service, we didn't receive anything. Thankfully, we were full from the meal, so it didn't matter, but it would of been nice to have been asked!

Wonderfully welcoming restaurant. Service excellent. Food very good, albeit a bit pricey. I recommend it for a festive dinner...certainly perfect post Carnegie Hall.
best antipasto bar in NYC. Reminds me of Italy. Best meal: plate of delicious grilled veggies. Tghe service is always accomodating, even when it is really crowded.
