We have been ther often and the food has always been outstanding. Our last visit was prior to a major event at the Met so it was unusually crowded.In spite of that the sevice was still pretty good. They make the most wonderful thin crust pizza I have ever eaten anywhere.
If you are in the Carnegie Hall area it is definitely a place for dinner. The menu is simple, but the food is wonderful. The service couldn't have been better.

This was my fourth visit to NYC during which I have included a meal at this establishment and I will continue to make this a regular stop whenever I am in the city. The food was wonderful. Our server, Danny Wiseman, was delightful and the management could not have been nicer.
Very expensive.
Trattoria Dell'Arte is consistently great. The seared tuna is outstanding and the antipasto is great as well. It is always a fun night out.
