Trattoria Dell'Arte has one of the best atmosphere's in NYC. That staff all had a personality and you can talk to them, they aren't drones from the hostess right down to the table runners. A great place to take a date or the family, or a group of your friends. Food was great, drinks even better!!

Service was fantastic. The food was equally excellent. I would go back in a heartbeat. The artwork on the wall was very interesting as well. I heard several Italian speaking folks around our table. I figure if true Italians are enjoying Italian food...it has to be good!

I have been going to Tratoria since it opened 20 years ago. They have an amazing menu with a great bar scene. Also a wine room that is great to use when you want to have a small private dinner. I had my rehersal dinner there the night before my wedding 19 years ago. Also the brunch after the wedding.

Wine by the glass selection had some good wines on it. Soup was fantastic and the food was tasty - my seafood pasta dish with shellfish had some sand init so it was a bit gritty, but that does not bother me as I grew up eating shellfish and am used to a little sand. But it shouldn't be in the dish at the restaurant. I could see some pople sendig it back even though it was really tasty. Espresso was really good, too.

Love this place for lunch or early dinner at the bar. Sat upstairs for this reservation and would not recommend it. About the 30th time at this restaurant and the first time the food quality was not of the same quality of the downstairs service area. Not sure why or if they were training a new chef on this night. Pizza is best in the city and pasta dishes are always outstanding. Would definately return but never upstairs again.

We went for Thanksgiving after the Macy's Parade. We all had the fixed price $55 menu which included a seasonal soup, Turkey with all the fixin's and pumpkin or pecan pie. Everything was great. The waiter paid special attention to our grandchildren and they loved it.
