I have dined at this restuarant over many years and I have always considered it one on my favorites mid-town spots, however it has lost some of its luster, food has declined somewhat, menu has changed, far less exciting. Lobster risotto was adequate sea scallops dish was off. Canolis are always great but overall... just an average meal, sorry to say.
Never disappoints. Portions over the top. Unique menu and always enjoyable.

This place is amazing! The food is delicious and the service was outstanding. The only downside is that the noise level is very high but that is only because this place is busy - which is a good thing :)
A wonderful, happy place with excellent food. Price sno longer appear on on-line menu as they have definitely gone up. Our meal was a good 40% more than last time we were there 6 months ago. Ask prices for items the waiter reads as "specials". Fabulous pizza. Wonderful staff.
My guest and I both had the excellent lobster salad, plus we shared a dessert, and were regaled several times by fresh cookies, hot from the oven. Our wine (Gavi di Gavi) was also very good. Trattoria del Arte is a success every time!
Remains an excellent choice before a concert across the street at Carnegie Hall. Very good food, good service, lively ambience.
I have enjoyed this restaurant for years. Love the food an service.
Food is terrific. Everyone enjoyed their selection. The pizza with shell fish was exceptional.
