I used to love this vet office and back when Dr. John worked here, this place rocked. Over the past two years, we have been more and more dissatisfied. The last two times I've been there, the vet was running at least an hour late. The next time I specifically asked, they said 20 mins, and she hasn't even stepped into the exam room for the previous client by 20 mins. So I just saw a vet tech and left. Once bitten twice shy, after almost losing two animals due the the treatment or lack of thorough follow through I am forever done with this vet. beware way to old school, need to update and ensure they know the latest technologies or your pet will pay the ultimate price....

Disappointed with the service :/ There was a serious complication caused by the vet during a routine surgery, the vet told us that they were worried about what happened and that we should monitor her closely. After we took her home there was absolutely no follow up to see how she was doing. Although the vets there are very nice, I would have liked to see them care more about my dog after we left their office, especially since it was an accident on their end.
