The staff at Travis Country are excellent. They are very accommodating for emergency appointments, offer helpful information on the phone, and always follow through with their promises. I have been taking my pets to this clinic only for the last two years and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Buys and Dr. Stephanie (I can't recall her last name.) Although we've been taking our pets to Travis Country since the late 1980's (this is where my mom took our family pets) I'm only just now writing this review because I took it for granted everyone knows the great work of Dr. Corky & co. Know that all the vets, vet techs, admins and even the resident kitties are fantastic. This is the suburban equivalent of a small town country vet. I took my cat to see Dr. Lauren Buys. She and her vet tech were wonderful. She was very calm, gentle, and sweet. She was able to give my kitty a little hygenic trimming on her back side with no problems from my cat, and my cat has not been receptive to that at other places, unfortunately. I went on a Saturday & it wasn't a madhouse, so I can assume they manage their patient appointments very well. Travis Country is an amazing place! So lucky to find them, Dr. Buys, Dr. Corky and Dr Chuck - it really doesn't matter which vet you get. They are all caring, compassionate and they won't guilt you into unnecessary treatments. They have been godsends for our two cats and puppy. Of all the vets I've been to through the years, they are the absolute best. We feel so lucky to have been referred to them a few years ago, they have been amazing.

The staff is great with my Aussie/Collie mix. When she was sick they were willing to work with me and gave me an option to operate or not. I ended up switching to them because I had a much better experience with them than with any of the other vets I have been to in austin

I took my cat here yesterday for the first time and this is by far the best vet I've ever been with. Everyone there was so nice and friendly, gave my cat great care, and the price is super reasonable. I would recommend them to any pet owner!

I have been taking my dogs here for the last five years, and I have never been anything but pleased with this office. All of the vets are kind, understanding, and practical. I always feel I am getting honest advice instead of "sold" like I do at other vet offices. The prices here are reasonable and I have never felt like they have suggested unnecessary procedures.

Best vets in town! Pros: reasonably priced, won't try to rip you off, great staff, easy to get an appointment. Cons: hmmmm...can't think of any...perhaps the 1970s decor? Give them a shot..you will not be disappointed.

The absolute best! The vet presented all the options for treatment of my cat and listened to my concerns - she was patient and willing to make sure I understood every option. The fact that her treatment resulted in my cat recovering completely was fantastic! I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants the best care for their pet.
