Overall my experience was really very good. I could have used 1 or 2 less hard inquiries into my credit but it is what it is. I bought y car during a chapter 7 and paid it on time or early each month for a year. IFS was able to connect me with a lender that not only saved me 80 bucks a month on my payment but did it without extending the time of my loan. I'm with a prime lender now, and that is wonderful. Ross Ryden answered my questions quickly and was helpful along the way.

I sent my initial application in on a Saturday, and Ross Ryden responded nearly immediately. He was friendly and helpful, and the process was quite simple. I cut my interest rate in half, and I am saving thousands in interest expense. I cannot say enough good things about Ross and IFS, and I would happily go through them again if the need arose. I applied for a loan to refinance my Jeep, but ended up trading for another vehicle. The rep I went through (Ross) was great to work with, and made everything super simple, I just ended up changing my plans.

Working with JP was the best experience I have had with this type of transaction. I was contacted promptly and all requirements were explained and simple All was completed and funded within a week. A lot better than going to the bank I could not be happier Thanks again JP.

I worked with Ross, he was a great advisor as well as replied very quickly. He actually responded to my application during his day off - so professional. I got approved with FCU and Ross helped me to lower my car loan from 11.14% (Toyota) to 3.49% (FCU). I bought my car when I had no credit and within a year after moving to USA so that's why such high interest with Toyota. I worked with Tommy N. of IFS and he was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. If I had a question he was there immediately to answer it for me. I would highly recommend working with IFS. Aside from Tommy who was great, everyone else at the company that I spoke with were just as nice and helpful!
