I submitted a request to refi my auto loan through credit karma's website. A representative reached out to me the following day by phone to confirm the information I submitted in my online application; the refi was completed in 1-2 days. Overall, a great experience and I'm glad to have a lower interest rate.

I wanted to apply for an auto refinance suggested by Credit Karma. Alot of the negative reviews are based on the difference between what Credit Karma suggests and what the lender can provide. There are many factors outside of what Credit Karma suggest is available. These open factors can most of the time be handled via a simple phone call to IFS. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Gist, Finance Advisor, at Innovative Funding Services. He always answered email within minutes sometimes with a call to ensure that I had all the needed information. His customer service and the refinancing were wonderful.

I worked with Ross at IFS. He was very communicative, and had a loan offer for me within hours of applying. Even with less than stellar credit, he was able to find me a loan that dropped my monthly payment over $140 and my interest over 9%, while not extending the length of my loan greatly. He was quickly available for any questions. I would absolutely recommend this option to lower payments.

I applied for an auto refi with IFS through my offer from Credit Karma. My loan officer was extremely prompt and courteous, answered all my questions, and walked me effortlessly through the process. I would highly recommend. The only negative is lack of communication regarding how to access and pay my new loan, but I did just receive the payoff on my old loan today, so I'm sure that information is pending.

I applied about a week ago. Received a response almost immediately from Ross Ryden. I can't begin to tell you how easy he made this whole process. The only snag I had was having to get my car registered in Massachussets and a new insurance policy since I recently moved from CA to MA, BUT that is something I would have had to get done anyway. Long story short I lowered my interest from 12.99% to 3.85%. My payments dropped from $600 to $430. My loan was funded today and payoff sent to Capital One. I am 55 years old so I have purchased a few vehicles in my time. This is the first time I used IFS to select a lender that would give me the terms and intrest rate I was interested in. It was so much easier than letting the dealership do it for you, plus I was able to get exactly the loan I was looking for. The IFS people were both friendly and very professional. I was able to get my vehicle refinanced at half the intrest rate I was paying and did it all on line. Thanks so much for being great at what you do!
