$399 to send your info to lenders you could have found yourself with little research and then try to sell your a bunch of insurance like gap and wheels tires and interior

Don’t do it! My representative was super helpful, but he informed me that the “Pre-Approved” rate is pretty much to get you to try and re-fi. I did. I was declined by the lender that was going to drop my payment by 110 a month, and approved by one for 20 a month less at a higher rate but a year and a half longer. THEN….. wait for it…. my “blanking” scores on Credit Karma dropped -54 on Trans Union and -101!!! on Equifax

This is not a lender, just another middleman that applies for loans on your behalf and takes a huge fee ($399 which they won't tell you about upfront). Bait and switch with rates as well - the rate you're pre-approved for isn't what you'll end up approved for. Application process is super janky and the "loan agent" doesn't really communicate effectively - you have to follow-up with them to get any information. I

This place was extremely incompetent. After going back and forth for 3 weeks, I finished all of the documents for them to assist in the refinance of my vehicle. They stated I just have to wait for the payment to my current lean holder. This was 12/14/21. The website stated payment was being submitted. After a few weeks, I reached out to the loan officer and received no reply. I then sent an email 01/10/22. I don’t even think I have time or the energy to write about how truly awful my experience was. From the beginning my FA didn’t know the difference between a dealer buyout quote and a personal quote. I asked for a managers name or contact several time and was denied until I called through their notary service and was given direct contact info. They duplicated my application which ran more time on my credit. They did not talk to me about what I wanted and just assumed. The paperwork was done wrong three separate times. And the... read more

Complete waste of time and so unprofessional. My finically adviser was Vincent Rosaro - Barros, he would never get back to me, he wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. So unorganized & so unprofessional wasted my time even after he told me I was fully approved. Highly recommend to stay far away from this company.

I scheduled a test drive for an Avis rental car. They rescheduled once and I said fine I can accommodate. When I was on my way to the rental location, 10min before the appointment, I was told the car was not there and they need to cancel/reschedule. And they are absolutely not willing to take any responsibility because "it's a rental car, this happens a lot". And literally told me I can just "walk back home". If you value your time, look elsewhere.
