Total waste of time, and a hard hit on credit! They approved me and told me to upload documents, two minutes after that email, I received an email saying cancelled and that based on their findings I would have to pay a down payment of $3667. This should be against the law for them to run your credit, approve you, then cancel the application only to get money from you for a down payment! This is a shame and Credit Karma should remove them from the website asap!!!! They really don't even deserve a 1 star, to be honest!
Terrible. This should be against the law. Also, credit Karma really? Why "partner" with this scam of a company? Spent way too long to "select offer"uploading documents after seeing offer in credit karma. Then had to call some guy and give up our information again only to tell us they can't help us. Credit Karma, why partner and advertise something that doesn't fall through. Now we a struck with a credit ding. I feel like we got scammed!
They are liars I was told there would be no hard pull on my credit just to see offers and they did a hard pull. This company should be ashamed of there lies.
An absolute waste of time. With my credit (750+), Credit Karma said Tresl would offer me a rate around 5.5%. My current interest rate is 8.1% (No brainer to switch). Uploaded the necessary documents to Tresl before a representative reached out. The representative then told me that my 8.1% is good and the best they could do is 8.9%…. A hard inquiry on my credit report for absolutely no reason. There advertised rates are a lie.
Started an app with them based on low rate advertised on creditkarma, and I just bought a brand new vehicle less than a month ago. Started app, and then they try to bake in gap and the rate wasnt that close to advertised rate, and they tried to bake in an extended warranty and gap coverage with a long spiel. Nope. They tell me that they can beat my rate by 1.25% but my payment only goes down $10 on $36k loan, not worth the hassle. Scam get refi for 6 % ready just waiting for me to sign on and they I see this 5..% and I’m told it is gonna be hard to beat my original rate of 9% just to prep you

Bait and switch leading to a hard credit pull
I applied on saturday and told them i would have time to call them on friday. They closed out my application. Hard inquiry for them to close out my application before it was 7 days old! Pretty sure they change the terms of the loan after you apply because they asked if i was still interested and I said "Yes, if the terms are still the same or better. I will call by friday" and they took that as enough of a reason to close out my app.
