I refinanced my vehicle using this service and received a much lower interest rate. The customer service was execellent and friendly. The loan process was an extremely smooth and hassle free experience. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
Had a great experience using IFS. I was able to cut my interest rate almost 10% on my vehicle. With that said, the initial e-mail from my advisor was a little unprofessional and put a bad taste in my mouth right up front (basically saying, he was too busy to take phone calls and supposedly does over 100 of these a day; I call BS). What else would you say about your experience with this product? Mycredit was horrible due to my ex. Credit Karma recommended IFS and I was hesitant, as I liked my loan company but they would not budge on my interest rate (17.82%). REALLY! I contacted IFS and Emily was the angel at the other end of the phone. Anytime I had a question or concern she got back to me. The application process was a breeze! The customer service was always there when I needed it. I never waited more than 24 hours for answers. I would recommend this to anyone!
Credit Karma recommended this opprotunity to reduce monthly payments and APR. I filled out the application and within 24 hours Emily contacted me for more required information to complete the approval process. Within 48 hours I had an email stating that I was approved and they would be sending me the paperwork to sign and complete.
