The loan process was quick and easy. I did some shopping around before I went with IFS. Jeff Hazzard assured me that he would get me the best rate and he did. Prior to going with him I was told by other agencies that the lowest rate I could get was 12%, 10%, and another one told me 8% at first then spiked it up to 12% after what they called careful consideration. Well when it was all said and done. Jeff got me approved for a loan at 5.99%!!!!! He was true to his word and saves me a ton of money!!!

I would highly recommend doing business with IFS! The application process was quick and easy. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and kind, especially Tina!! She took the time to listen to me. She answered all of my questions honestly. She made me feel like I was important, and was willing to help me in anyway she could. Even though I don't meet the criteria just yet for refinancing, she gave me suggestions on what my next move should be. When the time is right I will be calling Tina to help me!
App process was simple, communication with agent was steady and accurate, great rate, incredibly fast from start to finish. Highly recommend.
