Process was a little cumbersome, customer service was excellent.
My loan officer Julie gave me great services. She was able to work around my graveyard schedule given the circumstances that we have our timezone differences. She was able to get me the best possible rate. I am overall very happy with her services.

I applied one day thinking i was paying too much for my 2018 honda civic with the 18 percent interest i had i would pay off my car and it seems like i wasn't doing much to lower the principal. I applied and i had an awesome representative that helped make this process smooth and easy. Of course i had all the documents availbale. I would totally recommend there service.
