**************** is rude, they talk over you, they threaten you, I have not received nor can I access my account online. I get different reasons why I cant see my account online. I am not getting statements because I opted out for paper statements. Avoid these people at all cost.
If I could give a -10, stars I would. They are so rude and not helpful at all. Triad Financial is holding over a year of escrow in my account which is against the law. I called them. They were no help so I guess Im gonna have to hire an attorney.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. From the time we began our loan process all the way through the servicing of our account, there have been very few representatives who can provide accurate information. Speaking to someone who can actually help takes two days because you have to wait for someone to call you back. If you need to send an email to their servicing team, you are at the mercy of the length of that queue. The lady who helped me to was helpful a couple of days ago. Today when I called to make sure I was doing a western union correctly she said I told that couple times you called what your acct number.I understand but I want to make sure I have everything correct she kept saying tell me your acct number I told Im calling because I dont have it with me. Fell behind due to medical emergencies and layoffs from work also did not have a functioning car because the car was in the shop 3 almost 4 months we are currently trying to sell the house and we have tried many times to get the actual pay off balance number but triad refuses to give us the pay off balance of the house which is a single wide manufactured home built in 2024.

Every representative that I have spoken with was rude and unprofessional. I recently lost my job and filled out their hardship application. 1st call from them, the guy didnt know that I had filled the application out and then told me they couldnt do anything to help until I was back working and caught up. 2nd call from them this lady was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to in customer service. Im starting to think this company is a scam. Not only is their communication so poor that we can had to cancel and move the closing because they didnt tell us what paperwork was needed, its now been almost three weeks since we closed and we still havent received the money for the mobile home we sold. The new buyers are literally living in the house and we havent received a ***** from triad. If this isnt resolved we will pursue legal action.

The only thing they offered me was to pay $7000, $3000 of that was lawyer fees, and to put me on a payment plan changing my monthly note from $922 to $1629.27!!!!
