The lady who helped me to was helpful a couple of days ago. Today when I called to make sure I was doing a western union correctly she said I told that couple times you called what your acct number.I understand but I want to make sure I have everything correct she kept saying tell me your acct number I told Im calling because I dont have it with me. Fell behind due to medical emergencies and layoffs from work also did not have a functioning car because the car was in the shop 3 almost 4 months we are currently trying to sell the house and we have tried many times to get the actual pay off balance number but triad refuses to give us the pay off balance of the house which is a single wide manufactured home built in 2024.

Buyers bought my mobile home I had for sale and went through Triad for financing. Here we are, almost 4 weeks out this weekend and my check has still not been mailed for my proceeds in selling the home. As the buyers are now in my home and living in it, here I am with no money from the sale of my home weeks later. Every representative that I have spoken with was rude and unprofessional. I recently lost my job and filled out their hardship application. 1st call from them, the guy didnt know that I had filled the application out and then told me they couldnt do anything to help until I was back working and caught up. 2nd call from them this lady was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to in customer service. Im starting to think this company is a scam. Not only is their communication so poor that we can had to cancel and move the closing because they didnt tell us what paperwork was needed, its now been almost three weeks since we closed and we still havent received the money for the mobile home we sold. The new buyers are literally living in the house and we havent received a ***** from triad. If this isnt resolved we will pursue legal action.

****************. I was off work for 6 months on medical leave and fell behind. The only thing they offered me was to pay $7000, $3000 of that was lawyer fees, and to put me on a payment plan changing my monthly note from $922 to $1629.27!!!! Thats a trap because if a customer is already having hardships why would you almost double their payment??? They will not allow humans to talk to you. Nine of their locations has humans working there. Thier message is WE ARE IN A TEAM MEETING. PLEASE CALL BACK AT 230. AT 230 WE ARE CLOSED. YOU WILL GO INSANE TRYING TO GET THROUGH. TO *******, IL OR CA. THEY ALL SHARE THE SAME VOICEMAIL LOOP. IF YOU PICK AN EXTENSION YOU'LL GET DISCONNECTED. ITS HORRIBLE

As a seller this is the absolute worse company ever, couldnt get their paperwork on time had to cancel closing 12/11 until 12/18 rescheduling they held payment for over a week when they finally did close. Required more paperwork after closing so they must mishandle paperwork. As of today 12/26 STILL no money and buyer moving into the house. With me out of state this is such a mess. Would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Horrible business practices. No consideration of seller

I had a loan transferred to them from *******************. I purchased my home in 2014 and the broker told me that after 2 years I could refinance. I am 6 years into a 15-year mortgage and nothing has been done. I just got approved for a refinance from them and my current term has 6 years remaining at 6.5% APR. They gave me an offer of 20 years at 10.5% APR. My payment went down from $495 to $360, but they increased the time on the loan, and the APR is almost double.
