Needed to be seen ASAP, called they fit me right in . I arrived was seen promptly with very friendly staff and Dr. .
was tood by doctor to come in for lab collections. was told by nurse when arrived that they don’t do one of the tests on site so they don’t want to do any of them. told to go to another town for lab collection. will be seeking new doctor

I was calling to say I was running behind. And when I called Deb answered to than put me on hold for so long and forget about me. Than by the time they finally!! picked back up I was already there. In the office watching them just giggling and talking. Than they told me to hold on while I was still on hold in the office and I watched them pick up for me to say yes "Hi I'm here already standing in front waiting to be checked inn" Very disappointed 😞 and SMH that this isn't the first time I've experienced this situation.

Was uncomfortable talking to Dr Breda, he didn’t take time to listen to my health concerns and cut the visit short before I could address my other health issues
The receptionist was sarcastic and rude, and my paperwork for my DOT physical was not available until four days after my appointment.
I absolutely love Rebecca. Since she has been gone on maternity leave, and Dr Lee left, the place has become so disorganized. If you call them, you’re placed on hold for a very long time. I was on hold for 40 mins not long ago. The Dr they have as a fill in, well let’s just say he’s a very nice man but I believe he came out of retirement to cover for them. Trying to get my meds refilled is a complete joke! I have called 3 days in a row and have been guaranteed it would be sent in that day. CVS has faxed over and called them.... read more
My appointment was at 1:30. I didn’t even leave the waiting room until 1:50. Then waited in the room for the doctor for another 15 minutes. The doctor was supposed to refill my prescription but never actually sent the scrip. I spent the next FOUR days trying to get my medicine and ended up running out due to the incompetence of the doctor and staff. My husband and I will be leaving this practice as soon as possible.
