Apparently the Dr i seen is having issues with his license and i cant get my meds filled
Arrived at my appointment early hoping I might be able to get seen a little early and I wasnt even able to get seen on time. Which made me late to work. Also had to deal with the receptionist giving me an attitude and telling me I needed to show my vaccine card or I needed to wear a mask. Even though I'm vaccinated.
I was there because I had pain in my neck and also I had to renew prescription for my blood pressure medication but I haven’t got the prescription to the pharmacy until now. I called yesterday at 4pm and I was told that it will be sent. I’m out of my med since last week but seems like nobody cares. I want somebody call me so I can explain the whole situation and give you name of the person who is doing it.
If I could rate the PA I dealt with alone, he would get 5 stars. He was kind, professional, and answered all of my questions. HOWEVER. I needed a refill on my albuterol inhaler for my asthma. I had not been seen since spring 2020 (between covid and having a baby it had been a bit). I moved over an hour away from Attleboro and am in the process of finding a new pcp. Good org the test. Was disappointed in my physical it was just an office visit and they are making me come back ( and pay) to meet a new doctor. I am not pleased when I have to spend my money to meet someone I had no say in my care.

This practice isn't bad, it's just...not great. I've been a patient here for a few years and the experience is always the same. The staff aren't rude or bad at their jobs, but they're not friendly either. Everyone that works here, with the exception of one of the receptionists, is cold and disinterested. I go here for primary care, so I see them once a year for my annual, and saw them once for a follow up after an ER visit. The office made a mistaken with my appointment, but the woman doing the Covid testing was professional and efficient. I had an answer that evening.
