I made a drs appointment. I was referred to the side of the building. I called when I got there,was given instructions. Went to window, they didn't know why I was there. So I was given 2 types of covid tests. I have a cold. Can I not see my dr?
My husband went to get a covid test and he had a appointment for 11:15 - the directions he was given were not clear and he was skipped twice. It was after noontime before he was able to get tested. And it has been a week and we still do not have any results - I understand that the holiday really messed thing up but I am hoping to get some results by the end of the day today.
Everything went well, except The part of giving people the option to Text or call upon arrival. I texted first. and waited for about an hour finally nurse that was doing outside tests approached me and said that wasn't working need to call. Other than that you would have recieved 5stars!
Not only did I, but others appeared to have trouble with the setup of the covid "tent". a) it wasn't a tent and b) there was no door inside but a window. I was not told that someone would come to the window. I was simply told that someone would come to give me the swabs. So I waited at the door of the "tent" assuming that they would come in through an opening somewhere. No ones pck up the phone and no one call back after you left them a voice mail. Awful service all around
Communication is poor
The team made it such an easy process. The worker got me in 2 days sooner for a COVID 19 test. That was extremely important because I have an elderly parent and needed to know if I was positive. The process was well explained and the technician performed the test painless and fast. They called back, with an answer, within an hour. They did a really good job! I will definitely use the North Attleboro Tristan Medical Center again. Very impressed with the staff.
