I am a new patient (from CT) - it took too long to set up my initial appointment. My Medical records were sent from Hartford Health Care (HHC) and I was told by Tristan, someone would call me when everything was received - that NEVER happened. I was told numerous times that HHC never sent the documents. Your company did COVID testing on out company of about 300 employees. The woman swabbing the employees did not change gloves or use hand sanitizer between patients. This woman potentially contaminated all of the samples. If you are going to provide a service, you need to use the proper precautions, this was not done. Any employees who test positive, either have to repeat the test, or stay out of work 14 days. Then nurses who drew the samples did not change gloves between patients. Also there was no privacy screen, I was uncomfortable

The Dr was professional, but there's seems to be some false advertisement on testing. I got tested on a Thursday and was told after five days someone would call me back, I called today and the answering service answered saying the office is close when the website reports its open till 7

The process of getting tested for Covid-19 couldn’t have been easier or more straightforward!!! From start to finish, it took about 15 minutes (including filling out paperwork).

I filled out the forms online but when I got there I was told the system got messed up and I had to do it again on the paper. Also, we waited for 25 minutes in the car until the doc came out and do a checking.

I did notice the person who tested me needed a place to put things as she tried to manipulate materials at my car, perhaps give them a standing rolling cart to lay things out on. Also, I noticed they only had one glove on one hand while handling my blood. That didn't seem right, but perhaps that was because they couldn't manipulate all the materials with gloves on both hands.
