This place is garbage ! STAY AWAY... they make no mention of staying in your car so everybody was walking into a crowded little lobby ! Then my dad tested positive for the antibodies while I did not and we’re together 24/7?! Then he tested the same day with the nasal swab and that came back negative ! We both been in quarantine since the last week of February!!! In my opinion they’re full of shit and very untrustworthy 🔥 STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ...

I was taken on time. NP answered a question that worried me (red, sore throat, but never an elevated temp). 🤓
Your front desk person Diane S is a champion. She worked so hard with me to get my insurance on board with my appointment. Your business is lucky to have someone who is as persistent in getting the job done!
Need to know my results of my x-ray
It was very unclear if I should wait in my car or go to the tent when getting tested for covid. Then when I called from my car all they said was “the dr will come get you”. How would she know what car I was in? It was confusing. The front desk also used the wrong email address for the dr to call me on for my appt. I gave a new email address but the dr called when I wasn’t logged on because I don’t check my old email.
Considering the coronavirus is going on I really appreciated the way you handled my access to the building having symptoms of Coronavirus I was hesitant to come in not wanting to give anything to anyone else and hesitant because I did not want to contract anyting however I was very concerned for the staff as the mass they were wearing for an adequate I hope very soon immediately actually Tristan will get their staff mats they are very much needed during this time can't afford to allow them to get sick please get the masks th... read more
I asked front Desk staff to add more test to my previous order and fax the order to my lab where I gave blood that morning to prevent another blood draw but when I go to see my doctor test result was not in. Doctor did put order in but order never faxed to lab. That is why I have to give another blood draw and have to wait more time to get result. This is not the first experience with front desk staff.
